Hal Elrod came up with the 6 minute morning routine in this book called The Miracle Morning. In 6 minutes you will complete all the below activities by allocating one minute for each

  • Silence or meditation
  • Affirmation or reading your goals loud
  • Visualization
  • Exercise
  • Reading
  • Scribing or journaling
