Challenge for October 5th: Drink 3L of water

Do you have the habit of drinking only a few glasses of water a day? Do not be a kangaroo rat.

Drinking 3L of water comes with a ton of benefits. You lose weight, your dark circles vanish and your skin improves.

Today, you must drink at least 3 litres of water. You might end up urinating a lot more but it is only the toxins that you are throwing out of your body. Let them flush down the commode.
