How often do you forget an idea that came to your mind

Your brain flashes with a thought which reminds you of a task or presents a cool idea. You plan to work on it after a few minutes. Seconds later you have forgotten the thought and you are completely blank.

Yet, you lie to yourself time and again saying, "I do not need to write it down. I will remember it."

To not forget things so easily, you need a system instead of relying on memory. The simplest solution to overcome the fallacy of memory is to write it down.

Today, you will immediately write down any important thought, idea or task which comes to your mind. You do not have to carry a notepad and a pen around. Use notes or any other available app to quickly jot it down.
