A Little Better Everyday - The Kaizen Way

People have a habit of setting an early alarm and waking up a few snoozes later.
Every time an alarm sounds when you’re sleeping, you alarm your heart with a light dose. Each snooze adds on to this cardiovascular assault again in 10 minutes. In addition, you wake up more exhausted with every snooze.
In short, snooze does more damage to your body than good.
By the time you read this, you have woken up already. Next time you wake up from sleep, you cannot snooze. You have to wake up at the first sound of the alarm. You can take a minute or two, but no snoozing.
