A Little Better Everyday - The Kaizen Way

You do a few or many good things each day. However, such achievements go unnoticed because you do not pay enough attention to them. Wouldn't it be great to better your achievements?
The first step is writing them down, simple. Even if some of your achievements for the day seem too small, write them down. Do not only consider completing a huge project or earning a promotion or running a marathon as an accomplishment. Even little things like reducing distractions from your phone, effectively working on tasks for the day or complimenting your partner are achievements.
When you write your achievements, you remind your brain to do more of it.
