Today's Challenge: I will forgive myself for a past mistake

The 2020 Wellness Challenge expects you to make a small improvement each day to become a better person. The improvements are simple and easy to implement. These small improvements add up to a lot of value over time.

If you think your friend needs to take up this challenge, do let him/her know. Inviting a friend will make the challenge more exciting. Two is company, three is a crowd and four is a party.

Daily Challenges for February 2020

01 Feb - I will offer help to someone without expecting anything in return
02 Feb - I will meditate for 5 minutes
03 Feb - I will not be late for any commitment
04 Feb - I will eat one meal with my family
05 Feb - I will thank at least one random person
06 Feb - I will take the stairs instead of the elevator
07 Feb - I will write down my long term goals and dreams
08 Feb - I will give a 2 min speech in front of a mirror
09 Feb - I will write a letter to my past self
10 Feb - I will make a bucket list of things I want to do in the next 3 months
11 Feb - I will spend 15 minutes in the evening planning my day for tomorrow
12 Feb - I will smile more today
13 Feb - I will give to someone in need
14 Feb - I will donate something unused
15 Feb - I will write about my day for at least 5 minutes before going to bed
16 Feb - I will not lie
17 Feb - I will delete unnecessary apps on my phone
18 Feb - I will say no at least once
19 Feb - I will do one thing that I have been procrastinating
20 Feb - I will do something nice for someone unexpectedly
21 Feb - I will eat only upto 80% full
22 Feb - I will go on a 15 min walk
23 Feb - I will not complain the entire day
24 Feb - I will forgive myself for a past mistake
25 Feb - I will not watch TV
26 Feb - I will work out for at least 30 minutes
27 Feb - I will go to bed an hour earlier
28 Feb - I will read 10 pages of a book
29 Feb - I will attempt something new
01 Feb - I will avoid news in all forms - websites, TV, social media
02 Feb - I will not watch TV
03 Feb - I will not eat any fried food today
04 Feb - I will not consume any sugar
05 Feb - I will give a 2 min speech in front of a mirror
06 Feb - I will avoid all forms of negative self talk
07 Feb - I will spend 15 minutes in the evening planning my day for tomorrow
08 Feb - I will generate 5 random ideas
09 Feb - I will say no at least once
10 Feb - I will not interrupt a person who is speaking
11 Feb - I will write down my long term goals and dreams
12 Feb - I will donate something unused
13 Feb - I will not initiate or participate in any gossip
14 Feb - I will go on a 15 min walk
15 Feb - I will give to someone in need
16 Feb - I will thank at least one random person
17 Feb - I will take the stairs instead of the elevator
18 Feb - I will do something I loved doing as a child
19 Feb - I will do something nice for someone unexpectedly
20 Feb - I will look at my mistakes and analyze what I could have done better
21 Feb - I will give myself one compliment
22 Feb - I will unsubscribe from unnecessary emails
23 Feb - I will meditate for 5 minutes
24 Feb - I will forgive myself for a past mistake
25 Feb - I will do something I fear
26 Feb - I will call an old friend
27 Feb - I will eat one meal with my family
28 Feb - I will eat only upto 80% full
29 Feb - I will spend less money than I usually do
What is 2020 Wellness Challenge About?

If you heard about the challenge today, start from today's challenge. The sequence does not really matter. These are small improvements which help you improve day by day. Making sure you work towards one improvement a day is more important than following a sequence.

Do not worry about the past challenges. Start from today. Every day you will have a new challenge which will help you improve over time. Do not sweat about the past and focus on future improvements. You will still have a ton of scope for improvement.

The challenge expects you to target one improvement a day. If you find any of the challenges beneficial to your growth, relationships or happiness, you can even follow it as a daily habit.

Missing a couple of challenges here and there will not impact your results much because you are in for the long haul. Just do not make it a habit to skip challenges when you do not feel like doing them. The challenges exist to help you push yourself out of your comfort zone.
